How to lose weight? This is a tough topic, and there are thousands of methods. Here I will write about my personal experience and believes about this subject.

Before all, you should know that losing weight involve changing your habits. It is not enough to take a diet, you will lose weight, but after the diet you will regain the lost weight, and even more.

So what’s the deal?

Basically there is no deal you just have to be consistent.

And the tips:

1 Eat at precise hours! Regular meals have the role to tell your body that food is assured, that it dose not have to make supplies in fat. You should be very harsh about this rule. If your dinner is at 8 then it should always start at eight o’clock, no sooner not later, or this rule will have no effect.

2 Eat slowly. Well, this is tought… How to eat slowly?

There are several methods. My favorite one is: chew twenty times before swallowing! lol, let see you now :)

Chewing many times is good for your health too, especially if you are a meat eater.

3 Between the meals, do not eat anything! Because one cookie and another chocolate and a chocolate, and some chips and something, something can make a whole new meal, or even two. Maybe some light fruits would be O.K. (like apples, oranges; no bananas :p )

4 Make regular exercises. See this: if you make two push-ups per day, in one year you will have some hundreds. If not, try to recuperate it in one day! Imagine if you would make seven per day…

5 Drink lots of water. No juice or soda!

6 Go to the toilette as often as it should. -> funniest rule… 

Obvious: stay less, absorb less…

Smoking is a bit of a strange habit as it is one of those things that we really now that we shouldn’t do, but feel that we just can’t help it once we get hooked and become addicted. Its hold over us can seem to be one packed with amazing strength and power. Seeming to sap all our willpower and make us a slave to its tempting allure. If you are or have ever been a smoker you will understand just how hard smokers make it to give up! Yes you did read that right – smokers make giving up hard! In actual fact smoking is quite easy to stop once you stop making it difficult on yourself and stop making excuses. After all, most smokers quit every day when they go so sleep or when they are at work – sometimes going hours without a smoke and without any problems – well that is until they near a break time or until they head for the coffee machine just after waking.

So do you smoke, however really want to give up? If so then what excuses are you giving to yourself not to quit? So you decided to cease smoking but do not know how to do this?


First of all
, you should know yourself. I observe that there are two types of persons.

  • there are peoples that love to smokes and that do not feel that usage harm them. This kind of persons love smoking time and have no aparent side effects on them.
  • and there are persons that smokes but feel that smoking is no good for them. And in addition they experience some kind of side effects (like couch, stomach ache, no air…)

The second type will quit much more easily.  – Sorry first type :( -  The first type should be very determided!

How to quit smoking?

  • Stop smoking!! Is just that simple. But:
  1. when you throw the decision it must be permanent!
  2. you should make it clear  that there is no turn back
  3. it should not cross your mind that you could smoke again, eaven one little cigarette would be fatal for your decision.

Final and irrevocable decision is the answer. If you took the decision, but you have not followed it your brain will think that every time when you try again to quit is like the first time and will boost you to do the same: like first time, and quiting would be harder and harder.

  • Throw away your cigarette packs.
  • Do not go in places where is smoking.Do not think at smocking!
  • Take a chew gum!
  • Divert your  attention to something when it came to you to smoke.
  • Do not say “Just one would not harm me!”, “Just one smoke”, “Just to smell the cigarette”, because this would be poison for your decision!

The first two-three weeks would be the decisive ones and the hardest!z

If you have been successful and stop smoking for two-three months, do not start smoking again. It would be fatal for you. Likely you would not stop it again…
