Quit Smoking
Hallo people!
So you decided to cease smoking but do not know how to do this?
First of all, you should know yourself. I observe that there are two types of persons.
- there are peoples that love to smokes and that do not feel that usage harm them. This kind of persons love smoking time and have no aparent side effects on them.
- and there are persons that smokes but feel that smoking is no good for them. And in addition they experience some kind of side effects (like couch, stomach ache, no air…)
The second type will quit much more easily. – Sorry first type
- The first type should be very determided!
How to quit smoking?
- Stop smoking!! Is just that simple. But:
- when you throw the decision it must be permanent!
- you should make it clear that there is no turn back
- it should not cross your mind that you could smoke again, eaven one little cigarette would be fatal for your decision.
Final and irrevocable decision is the answer. If you took the decision, but you have not followed it your brain will think that every time when you try again to quit is like the first time and will boost you to do the same: like first time, and quiting would be harder and harder.
- Throw away your cigarette packs.
- Do not go in places where is smoking.Do not think at smocking!
- Take a chew gum!
- Divert your attention to something when it came to you to smoke.
- Do not say “Just one would not harm me!”, “Just one smoke”, “Just to smell the cigarette”, because this would be poison for your decision!
The first two-three weeks would be the decisive ones and the hardest!z
If you have been successful and stop smoking for two-three months, do not start smoking again. It would be fatal for you. Likely you would not stop it again…
